青山同潤会アパート 1998年10月2日
JR原宿駅から青山通り（R246）に向かう、通称？原宿シャンゼリゼ通り。その上り坂の左側に築80年の「青山同潤会アパート」がある。
大正時代に建てられた、当時としてはモダンな鉄筋コンクリート住宅のマンションである。今は部屋を改造してブティックやカフェなどのお店にしているところも有り、それがまた、ユニークな特徴にもなっている。
しかし、老朽化のため建物自体や水道配管等のライフラインの取替えが難しく、建替え計画がある。
私は、大正から昭和、平成と時代を刻んできたこのアパートをカメラに収めた。
An Aoyama-Doujyunkai apartment October 2, 1998
JR Harajuku Station says the road toward
Aoyama-dori (R246) according to popular name, Harajuku the champs−Elysees. There is "an Aoyama-Doujyunkai
apartment" of 80 old in the left side of the uphill slope.
It is the apartment of a modern steel
reinforced concrete house built in the Taisho era. I remodel the room, and
there are the places making a shop such as a boutique or the cafe, and it is it
now in the unique building.
However, I rebuild it, and there is a plan
for deterioration because the exchange of lifelines such as building in itself
or the water service plumbing is difficult.
It ticked away Showa, Heisei and the times
from the Taisho era, and I put the apartment of the kite in the camera.
