DMZ（Demilitarized Zone）＆JSA (Joint Security Area)

＝大韓民国、朝鮮民主主義共和国、軍事境界線を行く＝

私は、2007年12月6日、国連のゲスト扱いで、大韓旅行社の案内で韓国ソウルよりバスで４０～５０分のところのある、朝鮮半島における軍事境界線、つまり大韓民国、朝鮮民主主義共和国の分割地点（1953年7月27日の朝鮮戦争休戦ライン＝一般には北緯38度線）に行くことができた。
　軍事境界線を中心に、南北双方２ｋｍ幅（合計４ｋｍ幅）がＤＭＺ（非武装中立地帯）で、南北が実務協議を行う場所は、軍事境界線上にある板門店であり、南北双方の兵士によって共同で警備しているところが、ＪＳＡ（共同警備区域）である。そして、軍事境界線の真上に建物が建てられている唯一の場所でもある。

ＤＭＺ（非武装中立地帯）に入る前に2回のパスポートチェックを受け、他の訪問者と一緒に、ＤＭＺ入口で事前のスライド等による説明を受け、ゲストである証明のバッチを左胸上部に付け、さらに宣誓書（万一、死に至っても自己責任であるという申出書）にサインした。このサインが無いとこれ以上先には入ることができないのだ。
　物々しい警戒の中、ジープに先導された軍のバスで２ｋｍ先のＪＳＡまで行く、どんよりした天候のせいもあるが、殺伐とした風景が広がる先にＪＳＡがあった。
　韓国側の警備兵は全員サングラスを掛けている。これは北側の望遠鏡による監視で、目の動きを知られない為だそうだが、ちょっと異様な雰囲気である。

ここでの注意事項は、①2列で遅れず、早まらず、整然と移動すること。②写真撮影は許可がでるまで禁止。③警備兵の真横より後ろに行ってはならない。④決して走ってはならない。⑤北側に向かって指差しや手を振ってはならない。　これらを守らないと警備兵によって排除され、全体責任により当日許可された全員が不許可になり退去させられる。もっとも怖いのが「走ること」で、以前に北側からの訪問者（ソ連人）の中に南に亡命する為に走って逃げた人がいて、発砲があり、死者が出た事件があった。その為、「走る行為」は警備上、最も緊張する行為なのだ。
　韓国側の兵士は、建物の要所に立っているが（2時間交代）北側の兵士は正面に1人いるだけだが、北側の建物の中に30人以上が望遠鏡で監視しているそうである。
不動の姿勢でビクとも動かない姿に緊張が高まる軍事境界線、大国の思惑とイデオロギーによって1950年6月25日勃発した朝鮮戦争（韓国では韓国戦争という）は1953年7月27日に休戦したままの状態で、いまだに終わっていないのだ。
　韓国映画「ＪＳＡ」の舞台となった「帰らざる橋」を目の当たりにした私は、ここに韓民族の悲劇を垣間見た。

= I go the Republic of Korea and the North Korean military boundary＝

I was able to go to the military boundary in the Korean Peninsula that is the Republic of Korea and the North Korean division spot (to the Korean War cease-fire line = public of July 27, 1953 the north latitude 38th parallel) by the guidance of the Large-Korea tourist bureau as a guest of the United Nations on December 6, 2007.

Around a military boundary, north and south both sides 2km width (4km width in total) is Panmunjeom where the place where Korea and North Korea perform business discussion in DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) is on the military boundary, and the place that joint guard by the soldier of north and south both sides is JSA (Joint Security Area).

I received two times of passport checks before entering the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) and, with other visitors, received the explanation by slides and touched a batch of the proof that was a guest in the left upper chest and signed a written oath (proposing book to be a self-responsibility by any chance even if I result in death) more.If there is not this signature, I can no longer enter earlier

In heavy caution, I was refer able to the gloomy weather to go by bus to JSA of 2km ahead of the military led by a jeep, but there was JSA in there where brutal scenery opened.All the guard soldiers of the Korean side wear sunglasses. This seems to be because the movement of eyes is not known for the monitoring with the telescope of the North Korean soldier, but is a slightly strange atmosphere.

Move orderly without the instructions here not being delayed in ,① two lines, and being hasty. ② The photography is prohibited until permission is given. ③ You must not go behind from the just beside of the guard soldier. ④ You must never run. ⑤ You must not shake pointing at and a hand towards the north side.

It is removed by a guard soldier when I do not protect these and admitted all the members become the suppression on that day and are made to leave by whole responsibility.It "is to run" to be the most scared.

There was the person who escaped on the run to take refuge in Korea in a visitor (bolshie) from North Korea, and it was for gun battle, and there was the case that a dead person appeared.

Therefore "an act to run" is an act tense most in the guard. The soldier of the Korean side stands in the point of the building (two hours change), but one is only to the soldier of the north side in the front, but higher than 30 seem to watch it with a telescope in the building of the north side.The Korean War that broke out by expectations and the ideology of the large country on June 25, 1950 is one with having stopped fighting on July 27, 1953.

I did "a bridge not to come back" through which became the stage of Korean movie "JSA" in one of eyes and had a glimpse of tragedy of the Korea race in this place.
