震災遺構「JR旧野蒜駅プラットホーム」
JR旧野蒜駅プラットホームに震災の記憶と教訓を広く後世に伝えるため、隣接する祈念広場、震災復興伝承館（旧野蒜駅舎）がある。
祈念広場には東日本大震災で犠牲になられた方への追悼と鎮魂を祈念する慰霊碑と犠牲になった方々の名前を刻んだ芳名板があり、波模様を施したモニュメントの頂点は津波到達高さと同じ3.7mになっている。
「東松島市震災復興伝承館」の館内には、被災前後の写真パネルや復旧・復興の状況のの展示、また、大型スクリーンがあり、震災当時の記録映像を視聴することがでる。防災・減災の取組を学ぶ場となっている。

Earthquake Remains "JR Old Nobiru Station Platform"
In order to pass on the memories and lessons of the earthquake to future generations, there is an adjoining prayer plaza and the Disaster Reconstruction Museum (former Nobiru Station building) on the platform of the former JR Nobiru Station.
In the memorial square, there is a cenotaph to mourn and pray for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake, as well as a nameplate engraved with the names of the victims.
The apex of the wave patterned monument is 3.7m, the same height as the tsunami.
Inside the Higashimatsushima City Earthquake Reconstruction Museum, there are photo panels before and after the disaster, exhibitions showing the state of restoration and reconstruction, and a large screen where you can watch recorded footage from the time of the earthquake. It is a place to learn about disaster prevention and mitigation efforts.
