　＝日本在住ロシア人からのメッセージ＝

＝世界全体に悲劇をもたらした戦争を終わらせ、平和に向けて声をあげよう＝

　2022年2月24日、ロシアがウクライナに侵攻してから４年。2月22日、在日ロシア人の「平和を願うロシア語の声」（Russia　Voices　for Peace）が、渋谷駅ハチ公口前で、「戦争反対！ウクライナに平和を！ロシアに自由を！」決意表明、ウクライナ侵攻反対のデモ＆スピーチを行った。
ロシア人、ウクライナ人と共に日本人の参加者に連帯を呼びかけた。
ウクライナ侵攻を仕方のないこととして風化させない。ウクライナの主権と領土保全を尊重する「公平な平和」のために、声を上げ続けることが大切だ。

反プーチンの意思表示をするロシア人たち、ロシア内なら即逮捕されるであろう。
デモをしているすぐ側に交番があるが、警察官は来ない、思想・表現の自由、言論の自由がある日本だからこそ出来るデモ。
私たちは、平和の尊さを理解している日本を、あたり前にものが言える日本を、独裁右傾化にならない様にしっかりと見つめていかなければならない。
ドイツ国民がヒトラーを選び、ロシア国民がプーチンを選び、アメリカ国民がトランプを選んだように、王様はいらない。

「強い国つくる」を唱え、新人キャバ嬢のように急に愛想を、笑顔を振りまき、はしゃぎ回り、人気投票のような風潮を作りだし有頂天になっている高市首相。それに乗ってしまった日本国民、真の顔を隠した裏にあるものは…。
仮面の告白、気を付けよう、「防衛」という名の戦争を起こし、戦地に向かうのは若い君たちだ！
自由があるうちに見極め、声をあげよう。ロシアのようにならない為に、権力者の言葉を疑おう！　

彼らの掲げる「旗」の意味は、ロシア国旗から赤の部分（血の色）を取り除き、戦争を反対するロシア人のシンボル旗にしているそうです。

=Let's raise our voices for peace and end the war that has brought tragedy to the entire world=

On February 24, two years after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Russian Voices for Peace, a group of Russians living in Japan, delivered a speech at a demonstration in front of Shibuya Station's Hachiko Exit on the 22nd, declaring their determination: "No to War! Peace for Ukraine! Freedom for Russia!"

They called on Japanese participants to show solidarity with Russian and Ukrainian participants.
We must not let the invasion of Ukraine fade away as something inevitable. It is important to continue raising our voices for a "fair peace" that respects Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Russians who express their anti-Putin sentiment would likely be arrested on sight in Russia.
There is a police box right next to the demonstration, but no police officers showed up. This demonstration is only possible in Japan, where freedom of thought, expression, and speech is a fundamental prerequisite.

We must keep a close eye on Japan, a country that understands the value of peace, a country where people can speak their minds as a matter of course, to ensure that it does not become a dictatorial country with a right-wing leaning.
Just as the German people chose Hitler, the Russian people chose Putin, and the American people chose Trump, we do not need a king.
Prime Minister Takaichi is ecstatic, preaching about "building a strong country" and suddenly acting like a new hostess, spreading affable smiles and excitement, creating a trend that feels like a popularity contest. Hiding his true face is...

Beware the mask, it is you young people who will start a war in the name of "defense" and head to the battlefield!
Let's make our own judgments and speak out while Japan still has freedom. Let's question the words of those in power, so we don't end up like Russia!

The meaning of the "flag" they are raising is that they have removed the red (the color of blood) from the Russian flag and made it a symbolic flag for Russians who oppose the war.
