福島県双葉町

　福島第一原子力発電所が立地する双葉町、唯一全町避難が続けていたが、旧町役場があった中間貯蔵施設用地の西側帰還困難区域の一部が今年の8月30日で解除された。「町に戻りたい考えている人」は21年度で11.3％、復興拠点はJR常磐線の線路沿線沿いで町の約1割（５５５ha）、双葉駅前に新しい町役場、西側には復興住宅が建設。しかし、駅前には商店も無く人も車も少なかった。停車する電車の本数は1時間に1本、朝と夕方に2本、無い時間帯が５もあった。
　今のところスーパ－や郵便局も開設予定はない。医療機関も無く、駅前に診療所が出来るのは2023年2月の予定だ。
　住民の帰還は現実に原発事故前の１％にすぎず100人にも満たないようだ。そして、立派な東日本大震災・原子力被害「伝承館」建設され、祈念公園は建設中であった。

Futaba Town, Fukushima Prefecture

Futaba Town, where the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant is located, was the only town that continued to evacuate.
However, on August 30, part of the difficult-to-return zone on the west side of the interim storage facility site, where the old town hall was located, was lifted.
In 2021, 11.3% of people said they wanted to return to the town. The reconstruction base is along the JR Joban Line, about 10% of the town (555 ha), and reconstruction housing will be built on the west side of the new town office in front of Futaba Station. .
In front of Futaba Station, I didn't see any people or cars. The number of trains that stopped was one per hour, two in the morning and one in the evening, and there were times when there were no trains. There are currently no plans to open a supermarket or post office.
There are no medical institutions, and a clinic is scheduled to open in front of the station in February 2023. It seems that the number of residents returning home is actually only 1% of the number before the nuclear accident, and less than 100 people.
The splendid Great East Japan Earthquake/Nuclear Damage "Traditional Museum" was completed, and the Memorial Park was under construction.
